Refunds and Returns

Overview

We accept requests for refunds for defective products up to 10 days after delivery. Please inspect your order carefully on its arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please reference your order number when asking us to authorize a return.

We do not offer product exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund timeframe

Our refund process typically takes up to two weeks after we receive your product. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, contact us to authorize the return.

We accept items for return at our physical address.

If the defective item requires shipping, we will email you a shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We also charge a 20% restocking fee.
